List Your Ruiru Spa on Cottlink

Quick answer

Ruiru spa and massage studio owners can list free on Cottlink. Give the mall or building, the floor and suite, each treatment with its length, your weekend hours and a booking number, so clients from Kamakis, Kihunguro and Membley find your door the first time. Premium, at $6 per month, adds a WhatsApp button for bookings.

Ruiru spas are spread along the Thika Road Bypass, around Kamakis and Kimbo and in the town centre, and many work from the second or third floor of a mall such as Northpark Hub. A client can find the building and still miss the suite. This guide shows Ruiru spa owners what to put on a Cottlink listing so that bookings arrive and clients reach the right room.

Why should a spa in Ruiru list on Cottlink?

A Ruiru spa benefits from a Cottlink listing because clients compare treatments and distance before they call, and a free profile puts your suite, menu and phone number on one page. Cottlink also gives search engines and AI assistants accurate details to repeat when someone asks for a facial or massage near Kamakis.

Shannel Beauty Spa (call 0759 476 926) shows the value of a named landmark. Its listing places the spa in Kimbo on Zabibu Road, near El Faro Lounge and Grill, then splits its menu into a relaxation section with facials, therapeutic body massage and body waxing, and a separate nail lab.

What should a Ruiru spa listing include?

A strong Ruiru spa listing on Cottlink names the mall or building, the floor and suite, every treatment with its session length, opening hours for each day and the number that takes bookings. Add a line on parking and on whether there is a lift, since several Ruiru spas sit above shops or offices.

• Building and suite: for example Northpark Hub Mall, Imani Place or Essy Heights, plus the floor.
• Menu: facials, massage styles, body scrubs and waxing, one per line.
• Length: the minutes for each treatment.
• Weekend hours: Saturday and Sunday opening and closing times.
• Groups: bridal or party packages and the notice you need.
• Contact: a phone number, plus WhatsApp if you use it.

Necla Spa (call 0721 313 219) gives the kind of address clients need: third floor, Suite T2, Northpark Hub Mall, on the Ruiru Bypass near Kamakis. A treatment list with session lengths would finish the job.

What wording keeps a Ruiru massage listing professional?

On Cottlink, a Ruiru spa listing should read like a treatment menu: Swedish, deep-tissue or relaxation massage, each with a length in minutes and the training of whoever performs it. Cottlink accepts professional wellness businesses only, so use real photos of the room and reception, and keep names and descriptions free of suggestive language.

A clear menu also helps a client choose between a facial, a body scrub and waxing before she calls, which shortens the booking conversation for both of you.

How much does it cost to list a spa in Ruiru on Cottlink?

Listing a spa in Ruiru on Cottlink is free on the Basic plan. For more enquiries, start with Premium at $6 per month, then Elite at $10 per month and Featured at $20 per month, paid in US dollars through a secure Paystack checkout. Yearly billing is also available.

From the live Cottlink pricing page:

• Basic (free): a card in category and search results with a call button.
• Premium ($6 per month): a WhatsApp button so customers can message you straight away, a verified tick, and your card shown above free listings.
• Elite ($10 per month): everything in Premium plus a gold highlighted card with an Elite badge, a photo carousel of up to 5 photos, and a place in "Top in your area" rows.
• Featured ($20 per month): everything in Elite plus top of your category and first in "Featured near you", limited to 10 businesses per category.

Is Premium worth it for a spa in Ruiru?

Premium suits a Ruiru spa that fills its diary through messages rather than calls. A client in Membley or Kihunguro can tap the WhatsApp button on your Cottlink listing, describe the treatment she wants and agree a time. Premium also shows a verified tick and lists you above free Ruiru spas.

Elite then adds a five-photo carousel, which helps a Ruiru studio show its building front, the stairs or lift and the treatment room, so first-time clients recognise the place. Featured sits at the top of the spa category and is capped at 10 businesses per category.

Getting clients to the right suite

Northpark Hub Mall, Essy Heights and the buildings along the Thika Road Bypass each hold several businesses, so the last fifty metres decide whether a client arrives on time. Write the directions the way a guard at the gate would give them: which entrance, which staircase or lift, and what else is on your floor. Add a photo of the corridor or the sign on your door. If clients drive in from Kamakis or Membley, say where they can park. Ask new clients how they found you, and update the note whenever someone gets lost on the way.

Booking habits that help Ruiru spas

1. Write the floor and suite exactly as they appear on the building, for example third floor, Suite T2.
2. Say whether a bride and her party can book together, and how many weeks of notice you need.
3. Put the session length beside every treatment.
4. Show Saturday and Sunday hours for clients who are only free at weekends.
5. Share your Cottlink link on your own social pages and WhatsApp status.
