List Your Nairobi Safari Company

Quick answer

If you run a tour or safari company in Nairobi, list it free on Cottlink with your office, destinations, trip types, vehicles, guides, association membership, booking steps and payment terms. Premium at $6 per month adds a WhatsApp button.

Many safaris in Kenya begin in Nairobi. Before booking, travellers want to know who you are, where your office is, which parks you cover, what vehicles and guides you use and how their deposit is protected. This guide is for Nairobi tour and safari operators who want a clear Cottlink listing and to know what each plan adds.

Why should a tour or safari operator in Nairobi list on Cottlink?

A Nairobi safari operator should list on Cottlink so travellers can see its destinations, trip types, credentials and contact details before paying. A free Cottlink listing gives your Nairobi company a page that search engines and AI assistants can read when someone asks which operators run safaris from Nairobi.

Flash McTours and Travel (call 0726 042 070) at Concert House in Kilimani is a clear example. Its listing gives its office suite, states that it is a bonded member of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators with its membership code, and introduces its guides and safari vehicles.

What should a Nairobi tour or safari operator listing include?

A Nairobi tour operator listing on Cottlink should state your office address, licences and association memberships, destinations, trip types, vehicles, guide experience, group sizes, what prices include, deposit and payment terms, and cancellation policy. Travellers paying in advance want proof you are established.

• Office: building, suite and road.
• Credentials: tourism licence and any association membership number.
• Destinations: parks and regions you cover.
• Trips: day trips, group tours, private safaris or beach add-ons.
• Vehicles and guides: vehicle type and guide training.
• Terms: deposits, payment methods and cancellation policy.

Give your membership number exactly as issued so travellers can check it with the association. Never claim a membership you do not hold.

How can a Nairobi safari company build trust with overseas travellers?

A Nairobi safari company builds trust on Cottlink by showing its office address, association membership, the people who will guide the trip, the vehicles used and clear payment and cancellation terms. Overseas travellers cannot visit your office first, so a complete Cottlink listing for your Nairobi business answers their questions before they pay.

Reply quickly and in writing to every quote request, and confirm what is and is not included. Clear itineraries prevent disputes later.

How much does it cost to list a tour or safari operator in Nairobi on Cottlink?

Is Premium worth it for a tour or safari operator in Nairobi?

Premium suits a Nairobi safari operator because travellers often message from abroad to ask about dates, quotes and vehicles. Premium adds a WhatsApp button to your Cottlink listing, a verified tick and a place above free tour operators in Nairobi results, which helps when travellers are comparing several companies.

After Premium, Elite adds a carousel of up to five photos, useful for showing your vehicles and guides. Featured places your company first in its category, limited to 10 businesses per category.

Day trips from Nairobi

Not every customer wants a week-long safari. Day trips to Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, Lake Naivasha or Hell's Gate suit business travellers and families with a free day. If you run them, list them separately in your description with pickup areas and start times, so short-stay visitors find you too.
