Fitology

Fitology is a 24-hour gym and recovery club at 21 North New Warrington Road in Pensacola. The gym is open around the clock for members, and staff are on site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Fitology describes itself as Pensacola's only 24-hour gym with a full recovery suite. Its recovery area offers evidence-based therapies including infrared sauna, red light, cryotherapy, dry float therapy, compression massage and hyperbaric oxygen. Alongside the gym floor, the club runs studio classes, Reformer Pilates and personal training, and an upstairs cafe serves smoothies and açaí bowls.

Families are a focus. The KidFit programme provides on-site babysitting Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for $10 per child per session, open to members and day-pass guests who reserve online.

Memberships start from $99 per four weeks, while day passes and studio class drop-ins cost $25 each, and new visitors can try a free week.
