FM Pizza Oven is a veteran-owned, wood-fired pizza restaurant and food truck at 1437 Highland Avenue in Melbourne's Eau Gallie Arts District, run by a husband-and-wife team under the motto 'We Bring the Fire!' Its hand-tossed pies come out of an authentic wood-fired oven, from a classic cheese, pepperoni or Hawaiian to a white pizza with Joy's garlic spread and mozzarella. Specialty pies include chicken and pesto, Alfredo chicken and spinach, buffalo chicken, a BLT pizza with arugula and balsamic glaze, Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and basil, sausage with roasted red peppers, meatball burrata, meat lover's, chicken bacon ranch, prosciutto and arugula, pulled pork BBQ and a shaved Brussels sprout pie. Build-your-own toppings run from anchovies and asiago to peppadew peppers, ricotta and olive tapenade. The bar pours Italian wines and cocktails such as a Huckleberry Lemonade and Lemon Drop Martini, and monthly specials rotate.
