R.M. Barrineau & Associates, Inc.

R.M. Barrineau & Associates, Inc. is a professional surveying and mapping firm at 1309 SE 25th Loop, Suite 103, in Ocala. Since 1988 the company has served Central Florida clients including private individuals, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, engineers, architects, government agencies and municipalities. The firm is fully licensed by the State of Florida and insured, is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise, and is a member of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Whether the job is 45,000 acres or a small residential lot, the team says it practices more than the minimum requirements, using current AutoCAD, GPS/RTK equipment, robotic total stations, data collectors and GIS. Residential services include boundary and mortgage surveys, plot plans, construction layout, subdivision platting and land development, riparian rights, property research, legal descriptions, DOT driveway permit surveys and FEMA elevation certificates, which helps homeowners confirm that a fence, pool or addition sits inside the property lines. Commercial and environmental surveys are also offered. A Certified Floodplain Manager is on staff to prepare accurate flood zone certificates and help owners explore a Letter of Map Amendment that may reduce flood insurance premiums. Free quotes are available, and the office makes a point of answering its phones. Call +1-352-622-3133 Email · Website · Google Maps · Claim this business
