List Your Nairobi CBD Hotel on Cottlink

Quick answer

If you run a hotel or serviced apartments in Nairobi CBD, list it free on Cottlink with your street and landmark, room types, dining, meeting rooms, airport access, parking and how guests book. Premium at $6 per month adds a WhatsApp button.

Nairobi CBD hotels serve business travellers, conference delegates, government visitors, families on errands in town and long-stay guests on assignment. They want to know how close you are to their meetings, what rooms you offer, whether there is a meeting room and how to reach the airport. This guide is for CBD hotel and serviced apartment managers who want a clear Cottlink listing.

Why should a hotel or serviced apartment in Nairobi CBD list on Cottlink?

A Nairobi CBD hotel should list on Cottlink so travellers can see room types, facilities and a direct contact at a glance. A free Cottlink listing gives your Nairobi CBD property a page that search engines and AI assistants can read when someone asks where to stay near their meetings.

Hotel Mokka City (call 0742 111 444) on the 13th floor of HH Towers is a clear example. Its listing names its four room categories, explains its all-day restaurant, describes its conference hall and boardrooms and notes the drive to the airport using the Nairobi Expressway.

What should a Nairobi CBD hotel or serviced apartment listing include?

A Nairobi CBD hotel listing on Cottlink should state your street, building and landmark, room types and what each includes, dining hours, meeting and event spaces, Wi-Fi, parking, airport transfer options, check-in times and how guests book. City-centre guests are often busy, so put location and facilities near the top.

• Location: street, building and nearby landmark.
• Rooms: categories, bed types and what each includes.
• Dining: restaurant hours and room service.
• Business: boardrooms, conference halls and Wi-Fi.
• Travel: airport transfers and parking.
• Long stays: apartments, housekeeping and weekly or monthly options.

Norfolk Towers Serviced Apartments (call 0722 205 869) on Kijabe Street shows how to describe longer stays: its listing gives the number of furnished apartments, mentions daily housekeeping and lists a pool, garden and boardroom.

How can a CBD serviced apartment attract long-stay guests?

A Nairobi CBD serviced apartment attracts long-stay guests on Cottlink by explaining apartment layouts, kitchen facilities, housekeeping frequency, laundry, workspace, family suitability and how weekly or monthly stays are arranged. Relocating families and contract staff compare carefully, so a detailed Cottlink listing for the Nairobi CBD helps them decide.

Mention any office space or meeting rooms on site. Companies housing visiting staff value a property where people can stay and work.

Conference and group bookings

Event organisers often book rooms and accommodation together, so make it easy to enquire about both.
