Flora Family Vet

Flora Family Vet is an animal hospital at 2229 Fortune Road in Kissimmee with a long local history. It opened in 1996 as Boggy Creek Animal Hospital, named after the road it was built on, and after 25 years under that name it renewed its brand once the road became Fortune Road. The owners chose the word family for the new name because that is how they see both pets and clients, and many long-term clients have been coming for years. The team describes itself as passionate animal lovers who aim to give every pet the longest, happiest life possible, with cutting-edge technology, treatments and knowledge. Visits follow a fear-reducing, family-centered approach to keep animals calmer during exams and procedures. The hospital serves pet owners from Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Hunters Creek, Lake Nona and nearby communities, and a patient drop-off questionnaire is available in Spanish as well as English. Appointments can be booked online. Hospital hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm. For an emergency after hours, the website directs owners to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida.
