GossTech Kenya

GossTech is a Nairobi repair and power-solutions company whose workshop is on Musa Gitau Lane, behind Deloitte, off Waiyaki Way. Its electricians and appliance technicians make house and office calls in Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Parklands and elsewhere in the city, and the firm reports working across six counties.

Its electrical services include wiring, new installations and fault repair, together with power backup systems built around inverters and batteries. The company also designs and installs solar power, sells, services and supplies parts for generators, installs and repairs water heaters and geysers, puts in CCTV with remote viewing, and installs and services air conditioning and HVAC equipment.

Appliance repair accounts for much of its day-to-day work. Technicians repair fridges and freezers, televisions, washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers, ovens and hobs, dishwashers, microwaves and hot-and-cold water dispensers. They work on brands including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Electrolux, Bruhm, Panasonic and Sony. Washing machines are usually fixed on site, and the company says it uses genuine or manufacturer-approved parts.

GossTech states that it gives a price before starting any job and covers each repair with a workmanship warranty, and it aims to respond on the same day for calls within Nairobi. Its Waiyaki Way location is close to both the Westlands business district and the Lavington side of town. Call or WhatsApp 0723 613 664 to book a technician, or email info@gosstech.co.ke.
