Nova Café

Nova Café is a modern halal coffee shop in South C, a few minutes from the College of Insurance. Opened in 2026, it was designed as a calm, work-friendly room where neighbours can meet, study or take a slow break without loud music or rushed service.

Coffee is the centre of the menu. The team serves single-origin beans that are roasted weekly and brewed slowly, including Ethiopian-origin pours, and the bar also turns out a short seasonal list of cold signatures: a ceremonial-grade iced matcha, a layered strawberry matcha with vanilla cream, and the sparkling Nova Pink Cooler made with berries and fresh lime. The kitchen is fully halal, with ingredients traced and recipes approved, and it prepares brunch plates, smoothies and pastries shaped by hand early each morning.

Regulars look out for the NOVA Hour in the afternoon, when the pastry counter is paired with the day's pour-over. For people on the move, the café offers hand-stamped takeaway cups, house blend beans bagged the same morning and pastry boxes for four or twelve that can be ordered ahead.
