Each room is air-conditioned and has its own bathroom, a fridge or minibar, a television, a work desk, a coffee and tea maker and free Wi-Fi.

On site there is a restaurant, a bar and room service, and a continental breakfast is served each morning. The hotel also has a boardroom for meetings, free parking, and laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning on request. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs can be arranged at an extra charge, and staff speak English and Kiswahili.
